Can I take that credit and use it towards the group purchase of a Bolt 600? I sent an email to Teradek asking that question and they never responded. Not good customer service IMHO I and all of the other interested steadicam purchasers are interested to see what they do. The Sales team was out at a trade show in NYC this past week and so not every email was followed up on immediately. I hope a single late email doesn't ruin your entire opinion about our customer service. If you return your units for a refund, you can of course use your credit toward any Group Buy or regular purchase from our store (granted you're still within the 30 day window). They will send you an email with tier discounts and later, instructions for buying. Just send an email to Sales@teradek.com and express interest in the RED User Group Buy. However, I do recommend posting your interest on the RedUser thread or at least contacting Nick Fury who is running this offer (he is on this forum as well).
