Premium Members Nikolay Kerezov Posted June 14, 2014 Premium Members Report Share Posted June 14, 2014 Richard, I suspect that the LCD panel is the same as the MKV's hummingbird V2 monitor . If so you can eater give them a call or try to find replacement yourself . I have changed MKV's panel twice for friend operator ,once we bought replacement from MKV and the second time Ive found replacement to the original ( the original NEC panel is not inproduction animore). The replacement Ive found was with LED backlite and different mounting points ,but it was quite easy to adopt . Unfortunately I haventwrote down the number of the new panel..... I do think that I have somewhere the cracked original dough . If you need ,I can try to dig it. As I remember ,I think that the price of the panel from MKV was something like 720 eur, but it was long time ago. I hope this information help at least a bit! Cheers! Premium Members chris bangma Posted June 14, 2014 Premium Members Report Share Posted June 14, 2014 Cinetronic can repair your monitor with a new screen, optically bonded, and with led backlight. The screen is also brighter than the original. $

Premium Members JamieSilverstein Posted June 15, 2014 Premium Members Report Share Posted June 15, 2014 Chris; Whats your realistic turnaround time?
Premium Members chris bangma Posted June 15, 2014 Premium Members Report Share Posted June 15, 2014 Turn around is usually a couple days on these. Once ordered, it takes about 2 weeks to receive the screen and get it bonded.
