Premium Members Jess Haas SOC Posted September 12, 2014 Premium Members Report Share Posted September 12, 2014 Whenever I fly the Epic, I usually keep the Arri dovetail on the camera, fly with an onboard battery and the touch screen, etc. Between the Arri dovetail and the battery, that chunks the camera up quite a bit and helps keep the weight "right". What he said. Unless I have a lot of crazy other stuff they make it weigh about what I want it to. The Arri dovetail is also a reasonable solution for quick switches between steadicam and sticks.
