Danny Mackenzie
Hi guys, I have read lots of threads regarding the customer service with loonvideo. I recently ordered an m-one from them ( two weeks ago). Have obviously not gotten the motor. Anybody know how long it takes usually to get your order? Tried to contact them repeatedly but obviously no response. Any info helps.
Premium Members Daniel Stilling DFF Posted July 9, 2014 Premium Members Report Share Posted July 9, 2014 have you paid? If not, I would suggest Heden motors. If you have, just keep the pressure, until you get it. Keep calling, emailing... Good luck.

Danny Mackenzie
Haha, most of the issues I noticed people were having seemed to be getting their motors serviced, but seems a ton of people have this particular motor so I didn't think it would be an issue with receiving it initially.... Unfortunately not the case. .... Thanks Daniel, I am going to try and cancel order through my credit card company and look at the Heiden motors for sure. Cheers. Premium Members Lawrence Karman Posted July 10, 2014 Premium Members Report Share Posted July 10, 2014 Seriously, every motor eventually needs service. And then what? Not to mention you could probably pick one of those up used from any number of people smart enough to unload one. And Heden is a much better choice if you want to go analog. Otherwise there are a ton of choices for inexpensive digital systems out there and inexpensive motor choices.
Premium Members Jens Piotrowski SOC Posted July 10, 2014 Premium Members Report Share Posted July 10, 2014 To my knowledge, Heden stopped making analog focus motors
Danny Mackenzie
There are other people who can service the m-one. I decided on it based on some of my colleagues opinions on its performance. And yes I am looking for an analog motor. Crazy how a company can have such terrible customer service. I figured initially acquiring the product would not be the issue...... Jokes on me.
