One of the plastic housings of a thumbscrew broke. They look to be identical screws to the Flyer vest as well. http://www.mcmaster.com/#thumb-screws/=t5igwi These appear to be the same item, right? For the size I dontmknow itmrit now, but you could either measure your screw, or just order a few around your estimated size, as they cost next to nothing.
