Premium Members Andrew Bradley Posted June 26, 2015 Premium Members Report Share Posted June 26, 2015 (edited) Hey, I have some play in the docking bracket, and as far as I can tell I need to remove the bit that the cable for the securing pin attaches to, and then insert an allen key to tighten, closing the gap on the back end. My question is, how do I remove the pin (if this is the correct course of action) and not cause damage to it or the cable?See photo to clarify the section in question, also for a bonus round - what is this screw for in the next picture because I have no idea and it was in the box with an ultra cine sled but seems to have no purpose. RobinThwaites Posted June 26, 2015 Report Share Posted June 26, 2015 Andrew, You have to remove the little stud that carries the cable, it is difficult and requires heat and brute force but can be done. It is not a screw in it just presses in but a twisting action will help get it out. You could sacrifice the cable to get something through the hole in the top to act as a lever and then replace the cable. The mystery screw goes through the gimbal handle on the Master and Ultra (1) to engage with the slot around the top of the arm post for low mode.
