This seems to fix the full range/legal range issues all TVLogics have on the HDMI input when feeding only legal levels from camera. Josh Park Posted March 16, 2016 Report Share Posted March 16, 2016 I'm located in Los Angeles and there is a TVLogic repair office about 40 min away from where I live. Jae, who's a general manager at TVLogic has been nothing but such a help on many occasions since I've owned this monitor. Whenever I've taken my monitor to their shop for repair, they performed a full firmware update and even at times exchanged the entire board for repair at emergency situations. I have nothing but positive thing to say about them. Yes, the website is pretty bad, but once you contact your local office, they are incredibly helpful, so give them your benefit of doubt :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
