edgar hurtado Posted September 6, 2015 Report Share Posted September 6, 2015 Hi, i need an advice, i have a GPI pro analog, i´m having some extra cash and i´m looking forward to start upgrading my sled. this is what i am needing for now, Monitor, up grade to a digital and a good reliable hd transmiter, i have beeing on this business for the past 20 years as a camera asistant, but i´m new doing the steadicam, my instinct says, and some budys of mine agree, that if you have the people on the video village happy, you´ll be cool on the set, so i´m pushing for the transmitter, what do you think that i should get first of all??? i have seeing in action the paralinx X and it seemed to me very solid, even more solid than the teradek bolt 600 ("B" Cam. got it working hand held next to me, and loose it quite a bit). As for the monitor i might go for the transvideo rainbow 7, only becose it has both options, i can use it on the sled and out of it, again, as a camera asistant. also, if i don´t do the up grade for now i can still use it analog on the sled. hope some of you can guide me on this and invest in what is best for me right now, cheers from Mexico amigos.
