Premium Members Libor Cevelik Posted October 15, 2015 Premium Members Report Share Posted October 15, 2015 Hello Everybody, finally have my hands on the BM Video Assist.. it nice and compact. Feels better constructed as Atomos (very plastic) , but it is little heavier then the Atomos recorders. My intention is to use it as onboard recorder. :D Libor
Premium Members Alan Rencher Posted October 15, 2015 Premium Members Report Share Posted October 15, 2015 Don't forget to get HD-SDI cables with 1.0/2.3 connectors! We can make those: http://mediablackout.net/product/megaflex-hd-sdi-cable/ http://mediablackout.net/product/hyperthin-bnc-cable/
Premium Members Libor Cevelik Posted October 16, 2015 Author Premium Members Report Share Posted October 16, 2015 I know Alan, what I am more interested is the power cable for the unit. I think it has the same connector as the HyperDeck ..
Premium Members Alan Rencher Posted October 16, 2015 Premium Members Report Share Posted October 16, 2015 It is the same. I'm going to see if I could fit a Lemo jack in its place when I get one. I'm also thinking about building a cage for it.
