Premium Members Shawn Wang Posted November 12, 2015 Premium Members Report Share Posted November 12, 2015 As we all know there is a trigger for Migraine. it doesnt pop up randomly, there is always something that triggers it. either by something u do or eat. Ive suffered Migraine for 5 years from my previous job which was editing. the doctor gave me a form. let me take a note whenever the pain comes. and let me analyze why it happened. so i quickly found it was the computer work I do. so I stopped. As soon as I switched my career to camera operator I am free of that shit. now its been 4 years, nothing, no pain. hope it helps.

SimonChamp
I think the best possible answer would be that if you drink a lot of coffee throughout the day this could have an affect. Do you drink a lot of water? Steadicam takes a lot of energy and when you are concentrating on a shit you can sometimes forget how much you are lifting...so when you are calm your body plays catch up. Trying drinking more water and reduce caffeine. Let me know how this works?
