here is a thing very usefull to get more power .

i have make this change on my master A/B to PAG system to use this power plate .

then i can put one batterie , 2 batteries , or 3 batteries with one on the monitor .

all of this make dynamic balance very easy .

More power, yes, but I doubt if it is a very convenient setup. I have done similer things with my Master, but I think with these batteries hanging out like this it makes the rig too wide, specially where you don't need that, e.g where your knees and legs will hit the batteries!

Also, you might want to look for something else then the original Teletest "Steadicam" bracket. it is too thin and lightweigt, too flexy and therefore introduces vibration the moment you go any faster than walking speed.

been there....

thanks rob , for your info .

the more power is usefull for me when i fly the big TX for live TV work , it's large like the big pag red brick .

not realy a problem . first i have tried with a adaptor AB to pag then the power plate . and it was not close enought to the sled , the adaptor takes 0.8 inch . but with the pag socket directly on the sled the uper batterie is at 6 inch from the center of the sled .

i agree with you for the teletest bracket , but it's the only one i have found for the master series at this moment .

it's sad because the design is good , maybe at bearbell hi can do near the same but stronger .

the teletest bracket is not in aluminium , it's made with elastic steels
