It was formally owned by operator Bruce Borland. It comes with a soft vest case. I'm 5'11" and 165lbs with a 32" waist, That seemed to be a good fit for me. It has some wear on it but nothing that impedes its performance. I've also had velcro stitched in for a wider range of adjustment. Will ship for free in the US via usps.
