I am currently using the Cinetronic 2 but I'm a bit worried of the customer service if it goes down. What are you guys using right now? Are the 703 small HD monitors the new go too monitor? I've been outta the loop for a bit on the forum so I just wanna hear what you guys suggest. I'm in Los Angeles so customer service is important. Kinda like when PRO was here in LA but now gone up in Oregon. I miss being able to drive to PRO and get my gear serviced and walk out with it. Lemme know!

Love my 703. Used the Transvideo Stargate which was great too but had to be replaced under a year. It was covered under warranty and they were going through some changes with customer service and dealers in LA. You can’t beat SmallHD’s customer service. I have the 702 Touch and the Focus 5 as well. Haven’t had any issues. They’re built very well using aluminum anywhere they can. The 703 is perfect for outdoors and in direct sunlight I can see my image clearly. Look for sales through B&H. They recently had them for almost half off.

I love my new Smartcam Monitor SM7-3K-Z from Smartsystem. It has their digital level „ZEN“ integrated so you always can keep precise track of your axes. With 3000 nits it's perfect for outdoor operating and has a good weight of 1,5 kg. Smartsytem also has a great costumer service. Andrea is such a kind guy and is always there for you. I can only recommend it. All the facts and figures about the monitor you can find on their website under the stabilizer section.
