Iman Anabtawi
Hi, all, I recently picked up a Steadicam ProVid 1 and am trying to power my camera through the wiring in the sled. My camera is a Varicam LT and I am attaching a Gold Mount battery to the sled. I believe what I am looking for is "2-Pin LEMO-Type Male to 4-Pin XLR (Female)". Is this correct given the picture included below? Are there any precautions I should take before connecting to the DC-input of my camera (DC in diagram included below)? Thanks. Premium Members Haris Pallas Posted March 31, 2021 Premium Members Report Share Posted March 31, 2021 Hello Iman, Before you try to power your camera from the 2pin Lemo, you should measure the pins with a voltage meter, to make sure that everything is ok. It's an easy procedure and essential for the camera. - Haris -
