Asking $5750...

Glidecam V-20 is a complete vest mounted stabilizing system similar to Steadicam. It will hold up to 26 lbs. of weight though I've flown slightly more weight with it. I've used this rig with everything from a DVX-100 to HD to 16mm and even stripped down 35mm. I've shot features, shorts, and music videos. A very durable hard shell case is included which holds the sled, arm, docking bracket, and bag of accessories. The sled has been upgraded to include an Anton Bauer battery mount which provides power at the top of the sled via a 4-pin XLR and accessory power at the bottom via a 2-pin tap. Four Anton Bauer Digital Trimpacs are included. Docking bracket and manual included. Everything is in excellent condition. Even the pads of the vest are clean and in great condition. Everything that you need to start flying cameras is included. You will need, however, an inexpensive set of allen wrenches to make adjustments to the rig and there may be a few minor items you'll want to add like a bubble level, Israeli arm for easy mounting of monitor, etc. If you want to upgrade the arm to the new V-25, this is also compatible with the system I'm selling.

Also included is a practically new Smooth Shooter arm which is compatible with the vest. This arm, just released by Glidecam, is designed for lighter weight cameras like the miniDV and HDV cameras. If you don't want to add extra weight to the sled, use the Smooth Shooter arm instead. This includes its own docking bracket, base plate weights, an additional "heavy" arm post, and the necessary allen wrenches for adjustments. You will need to purchase either a Glidecam 2000 or 4000 sled for use with this arm. These are pretty inexpensive. This arm may also be compatible with the V-8 and V-16 but I'm not sure.

There are two monitors included with this package. A 5-1/2" LCD monitor in mint condition in original packaging with rechargeable battery, carrying case, charger, AC power supply, and cables. This is a very basic monitor. It is not a high resolution monitor nor is it a "daylight" monitor, but it's very compact, lightweight, and fine for composition. The other monitor is a Glidecam Eclipse CRT monitor. The original monitor mounting plate and post is not included, but it's very easy to mount the LCD monitor on a screw or with additional accessories like an Israeli arm or ball mount. For the Eclipse, you will want to get a more durable monitor mounting bracket.

This rig is how I got my start doing Steadicam and it has served me well. Buyer pays shipping and handling.
