No foam (except the little T-bar insert at the bottom between the wheels). Does not have the optional wheels, but they can be added (this is an add on item when buying new). I bought this for a hard case for the Klassen harness and my arm (along with other goodies), but it just sits there unused (I end up using a soft bag 99% of the time). This case is in mint condition, but I just don't see using it anytime soon. Retails for $349.95 (no foam, no wheels). Selling for $150 plus shipping.
