My Exovest The lock moved out of the point.

I’m experiencing the same issue again, and I’m not sure why it keeps happening. It’s becoming quite concerning, as I’m starting to lose confidence in the reliability of the system.

This is especially surprising since I replaced the parts in September. Could you please investigate this and let me know what might be causing it, and if there’s a way to prevent it from happening again?
