Using a Mark 3 arm with a Pro vest

I have recently bought the Zeegee rig and was thinking of getting the old Mark 3 arm out of retirement to use with it. However the socket block seem to be a fraction larger than the Pro arm. I found a discussion from 2016 about this where it was suggested fitting a Mark 3 block onto the Pro vest. Is it then safe to use the Pro arm in that socket?

Yes, safe to use PRO arm with a Tiffen block.

I have tried the Mark 3 arm with the Klassen vest and it fits perfectly
