It is the coveted full velcro version with so much room for snarky patches as shown in the pics. The waist pad is brand spanking new and made for a 38" measured hips, not 38 pant size, although it might work for someone with a 38 waist. I wear 33 inch pants and the pad is pretty much perfect fit for me. It also has a brand new chest strap and closure hook which is an update to the old one which would slowly eat through the strap. Allen key holder not included. Available for pick up in Los Angeles, I will consider shipping at your cost.
