Is it doing this when you have a camera on it?

Some thoughts:

Build/balance the sled with camera on it and no volt. Make sure everything is ok, nothing is slipping or anything weird is happening and that mechanically everything is fine.

Swap out all the volt cables. Check the belt tension. Swap out the battery on the sled, low voltage on your sled battery can mess with the volt. I always try to swap my sled batteries once they are around 13.5v.

Balance for the volt, power back on with the handle in the correct orientation if you are regular or goofy. Reset trim, etc.

Turn the motors way down. Take it out of sticky mode if it's in sticky mode.

It looks like it is a pretty light camera if you are only using one battery and have your gimbal that far down. So if that's the case, your motors might be turned up too high.

If it is still acting up, you'll have to op traditional until you are able to send in your topstage and gimbal to Tiffen.

Good luck!

Thx Kevin.

It is the same when the camera is on and we actually tried changing the belt tension, cables, different battery setups(fully charged) and the setup is Venice 2 with master prime lenses. We found a solution by resetting the volt from the button underneath it but it doesn’t change the fact that there is a malfunction. I actually forgot to mention that this happened before and the board was changed. Im afraid if its the same cuz it takes so much time to change it and we are currently on a regular tv show set. There is another video from today with a camera on. Im also in contact with tiffen support currently waiting a respond.
