Tiffen m2 wiring plan Tally plug topstage

Hello, I am an operator from Germany and I purchased a Tiffen M2 in 2021. Now we need to make a new tally cable so we need the wiring of the tally plug at the top stage. Can somebody help? I wrote to Tiffen und Betz already but we are short in time and need to get things done until Friday night.
