CLICKING SOUND FROM THE ROLL MOTOR - M2 SLED AND VOLT

hello everyone! right now the sled and volt is under maintenance but i still would like to ask if this happened to any of you by chance. sometimes on the neutral and sometimes on an angled position, the roll motor starts going slightly forward and backwards and its visible also its kinda loud. normally its not affecting the sled movement but sometimes it does it a bit rough so it needs to be controlled by hand. i'll try to share a video if it still occurs after the maintenance but like i said, if any of you have lived this before i'd like to hear some advices.
