Hey,

 

My Anton/Bauer Dionics are getting mighty finicky and 2 of my 4 refuse to charge at all. The display is reduced to a series of 5 blinking dashes where those once-somewhat-reliable numbers used to display.

 

Any suggestions? I bought a NEW one of these just three days ago, and after taking it's initial charge, and using it once- it is now behaving the same way as the above mentioned. I will return that one- but any tips will be appreciated.

Hi Chris,

 

This sounds too funky to be something of a normal fault. It may be a charger problem. I would suggest you contact our Customer Support Department at (800)541-1667 or support@antonbauer.com. Also, I would tell you to return the battery directly to us so we can have a look at it. We can then get an idea of what is going on.
