I'm a tad embarrassed that my girlfriend Amy Jo is front and center yet she is the only one in that picture who doesn't make their living from things Steadicam related--but then again, she just may be the best sport since she comes to trade shows and Steadicam gatherings and never feins boredom.

Plus Baldwin was doing a good job of keeping her entertained. Not sure what his left hand is up to though. And the tube of Lisigav is no-where in sight. Hmmm.

Oh wait! Dan Coplan has it! Now THAT's appropriate.

Just found this pic of me and Baldwin making a discovery in the (un) appetizers...hmmm.

An unsavory dish indeed. Exactly who was the sicko who thought to bring that special "condiment" for the party? Ron, it was all gone by the time it got to me... tell me... was it the Southwestern Chipotle Chile flavor or the Pesto Basil Cream sauce?

That picture is pretty fantastic I agree. Well, Ron told me of the wonders of Lisigav. He said it kept his gimbal nice and smooth so I just had to give it a whirl. Not many people other than myself, Ron, Brad, Geoff, and Charles gave the lisigav tent at cinegear much notice. They were located behind the beer tent.

I'm on location this week, one mile above sea level (yup, Denver), trying to stave off the altitude sickness by keeping off the sauce/cavorting--thus plenty of time on my hands sitting around the hotel room at night (have yet to sleep through a night either, check out what time I posted that little morsel this morning).

I sense that some of you might be hinting that I doctored the Lisigav shot. Heresy. But I submit the following: here is a stand-up dolly that we rented locally for some high-speed shots. It was quickly dubbed the Hannibal Lecter-Cam by on-set pundits as I was wheeled around the place.
