Premium Members jamesfball Posted December 11, 2007 Premium Members Report Share Posted December 11, 2007 I have a BFD, and looking to buy a Modulus Transmitter, maybe the 4000. Any feedback on the Modulus affecting performance of the Focus control? Assistants complain that the 3000 gave the BFD problems...
Moderators Alec Jarnagin SOC Posted December 11, 2007 Moderators Report Share Posted December 11, 2007 James, Keep the 3000 below channel 50 and you should never have a problem (and don't Velcro the 3000 to a Bartech receiver at any channel). Don't know about the 4000, but I'll guess its similar. Canatrans stops at channel 50 so never an issue with that one (plus it actually transmits on the channel it says it does versus blasting the entire frequency range around a given channel). Premium Members Jerry Holway Posted December 11, 2007 Premium Members Report Share Posted December 11, 2007 James- Also read the Bartech instruction manual (available online) - there's more information on interference, using multiple units, etc. Jerry
