about stress after long work

Hi dudes!.

First sorry for my english (I promise not to laught about your spanish...).It´s only an introducing joke.

Any way.

I´ve just to finish a film working like A camera, steadicam op., and DP. of second unit. "The Sindone" Available at IMDb.

It was my first experience in a movie doing this work..... 12-16 hours every day.... 6 days a week... ( of cousre, my rates was uuuuuUUUUPPPest ...)...

But my answer is... What can I do with my latest way of life...and Now, today... I´m free....

Yesterday I was working 12-16 hour a day, and today.... I´m free..... To have a lot of streessssss....to wake up and... Nothing to do!!!.

I´d like you understand my sens....

Councils or others?.

Gardening helps... haha Go buy an motorcycle and go cruisin. Its something I got used to. When I work as an AC life can be crazy on set then all of a sudden it goes away. I have known to take up wood working (making furniture for house), metal working projects (modifying wheelchairs and things on my sled), and many hours of catching up with what is on my DVR. The great things about the little projects is it betters you by you learning more about your system, makes a better kit, you learn a new skill which can come in handy on a set, and keeps you busy.

 

Also get an onboard recorder then cut up your stuff and make a new reel. You can find yourself wasting many of hours doing that.

I train Jiu Jitsu & Judo since 10 years.

You´ll forget all your stress when somebody is on top of you looking for a choke for you...

I won the NAGA (North American Grappling Association) last year with a head and arm triangle (the tecnique used at 1:53 of the YouTube video.
