Yikes guys. I was just trying to sell my monitor and I was not aware of the price drop until I posted it a few weeks back. New price $4874. Huge savings:). So that should stop all the bickering. (Plus no tax and no wait). Purchased new in July 2013. I have been asked by numerous people why I am selling it. The reason is I like the new Transvideo.

WTB: DB2 or DB3
Justin Browne replied to Jarrett P. Morgan's topic in Steadicam Marketplace - Wanted
Im selling my DB2 if you are interested. I picked up a DB3 recently. Email me at jbsteadicam@gmail.com if you are interested. -
Im just wondering if I'm the only one whose Cinetronics monitor bracket acts like a diving board? I recently noticed this when I had to do some running shots and the whole monitor bounced horribly creating a shake in the image. I put my old transvideo monitor back on and the problem went away instantly so im pretty sure that it is the monitor bracket. Thoughts? Solutions? It seems that some kind of brace/bracket that pulls the curved arms of the monitor bracket together might work.

The S.O.S. utility plate allows you to keep the Steadicam dovetail attached to the camera and snap directly onto any head. The plate fits PRO, XCS, MK-V, and Steadicam camera dovetails. Its a great utility plate to have in your kit. The additional S.O.S. MDR bracket allow for an easy transfer of the Preston MDR when switching between Steadicam and sticks. Please note this bracket was designed to work with PRO's Preston MDR Dovetail mount for the DBII and DBIII. S.O.S. Plate $275 S.O.S. Preston MDR T Bracket add on $125
