This is the final anodized look of the SOS, Steadi on Sticks Plate, I posted a little while ago. Its a great way to go from Steadicam to Studio mode by allowing you to pop directly onto any head without having to remove your Steadicam plate. Fits all plates; PRO, XCS, Tiffen, & MKV plates. The little red leavers are safeties. Email me if you are interested at Jbsteadicam@gmail.com

PRO 1.5 Battery cage with landing pad. - Accepts both Anton Bauer and Chocolate bar batteries. Can use simultaneously and mix and match. It allows for many different battery configurations. It is in great condition and I have never had any problems with it. Upper and Lower Junction Box (Upper J Box purchased new from PRO in 2008) 1 SD PRO Centerpost cable. (Purchase new from PRO in 2008) 9 Chocolate Bar Batteries. (6 recently re-celled, 3 still working fine but not great) 2 PAG AR125 Fast Charging battery charger 1 PAG D124 Discharger 2 power cables 9 charging cables Make me a fair offer and if can be yours :) Email me if you are interested at jbsteadicam@gmail.com I would rather not split up the package.

WPD = Great! I recently had to add a single channel Preston to my policy and instead of having to pay an additional premium they told me that I qualified for a SOA discount. Two weeks later I received a check in the mail from them. Who would have guessed. You add a $10,000 piece of equipment and you get paid $80 to do it.

I was just wondering if anyone knows a electronics guy that might be able to help me. I have a PRO 2 sled (center post, junction box, etc) except for the battery cage which is a PRO 1. I have had some modifications made and I added 2 Anton Bauer paddle plates, one on the front of the battery cage, and one where the video recorder deck would go. Power is no longer an issue. I can use choc bars, AB's, or a combo of both and with the diodes that were added I dont have to worry about any one battery charging another. However the time has come to upgrade to HD but I DON't want to get rid of my PRO 1 cage. I have flown the PRO 2 many times and my "preference" is the heavier PRO 1 style... To each his own I guess. I called PRO and asked if they could help me. They offered to sell me all the parts, j box electronics, centerpost cable, etc, but they would not be able to do the work. I would generally go to my usual electronics guy but I'm looking for someone that has extensive knowledge about the PRO electronics. Thanks.

Are the motors DM1 or 2's If they are 2's would you be interested in selling one. If not I completely understand if you want to keep it all together.

Does anyone know if the Cat Griller plate that Baer Bell sells is compatible with a PRO or XCS camera plate? I could not see anything on their website. Also does anyone know of any places around LA that sells them? Thanks.

Thanks Eric but Greg actually put it together for me. I took it apart and everything seemed tight.

Ill make this quick. I recently had to buy a new PRO yoke and new spud for my Ergo handle. By spud I am referring to the small steel cone shaped piece that slides into the yoke conical. The reason I replaced these parts was because some "mushrooming" had occurred on one side of the conical, which in turn bent the spud on the Ergo handle. As a result and the rig tended to fall to one side. So with that being said after a costly fixing I bought a brand new yoke and a brand new spud. I purchased these items about 3 weeks ago and there is already some serious rubbing. There is no signs of a dent or mushrooming YET however my fear is that if my gimbal/yoke conical looks like this after 3 weeks I cant imagine what the damage look like after 3 years. There is a pic below that explains my problem. If there are any XCS Ergo handle with PRO Gimbal users out there please let me know if you have encountered a similar problem. In theory they are supposed to be completely compatible however this rubbing has lead me to believe thats not the case. Any input would very helpful. This silver/white looking line in the picture below is what I am referring to. The hole was all black when I bought it new.

I am selling 2 Preston HU2 units. They are both in great working order. I am asking $3250 OBO for one set up which includes transmitter w/ short antenna, 1 fast charger, 2 batteries, 1 OSHA cable and 1 focus ring. I am asking $2750 OBO for the other unit which works great but is missing a few pieces. (The white plastic iris marker and the plastic ring on the side of the focus dial. Besides that it works great. It also includes the transmitter w/ short antenna, 1 fast charger and 2 batteries however one battery is missing its ears and would most likely have to be rehoused. Email me if interested and I can send additional pictures. Shipping not included and US sales only. Located in LA. Justin Browne 323-898-9986
