hi guys if i remember good 4 years before i have start a topic about a tv serial (director and DOP want me).producucer want for me to work with the same ridiculus rate ,ofcourse i denied and an "operator with an agb rig"work for this serial .When i start the topic many guys for the forum attact to me and one off them (hoolywood operator !!!)send me email to continue this ... The point is that this office still work with low(i say no) budget steadicam operators/owner , this is no problem for me (they get that they pay)but other producers come and ask for the rest of us lower rates bechause of this producer ,and 2-3 operators.they use to say tv serial can not pay that rates .... i use to answer use dolly and sometimes iam the bad guy!

Same think happens to me-8 months ,8 days of work.
Few days ago I had someone telling me:" Maybe not the others are working for low rates,but you are the only one keeping the high ones".AT the end he might be right I'm the only one around whose not working.
Anyways I'm still not going out of home for less than 500eur,you must ask yourself the question:"How much I worth?"
If someone is working for 250 usd a day is probably what hi is thinking for himself.

As I promise, I have found people to produce the HD/SD-SDI version of the monitor.I have also change the design a bit.The result was AMAZING!!!
I had the chance to try the prototype on few HD cameras(including RED) and the result is ways better than I was expecting.Stunning picture quality,100% visibility in direct sunlight.....so far the best I've test.
The first piece will be ready within the end of this month,then I'll post picture and specs.Orders will be made within 40 days.

Hi,
It is probably better to have four blue ones ,because with 4 you can carry up to ARRI LT (maybe even a Moviecam Compact)
You will never need to add 4 black springs unless you are using IMAX

Here is the comparison I've done with the famous UK monitor today on full sun at 13.00pm.
The "NEW"monitor is set to different color balance ,but I didn't notice it before.
Seeing this test with my own eyes show me only that my monitor is SHARPER than the other.

Hi guys,
It is not modified,its something I have designed for myself.
Become really good piece ,so I mea try to find someone to manufacture more than one(maybe the SDI version)
For now it is obvious that is single piece ,thing like not really good anodizing or so.
I will try to compare and post a pictures with the famous UK monitor!

It is so far (acording to me) the best lcd steadicam monitor I have seen/work with.

Are you using a weight cage for practicing?I think you must have at least 7-9 kilos on the sled with this arm,with less the arm will always jump over youre head( :ph34r: I tink)
