  1. One and only price drop $12,600 Will just keep as a back up sled if it doesn’t sell.
  2. GPI PRO-1 HD Sled. Modified with Steady Rig battery hanger and HD Loom. This PRO-1 has been my workhorse for the past three years. I built a new sled and have decided to sell this one. This is a great starter rig and entry into the PRO modular system. The custom case is less than a year old. I had Innerspace cases cut the foam to accommodate a Volt gimbal so if you decide to upgrade the gimbal it should fit nicely. The HD rewire was done by Terry West and is a proper job done with a custom loom from Hugo Langer. (If you don't know hugo check out steadyrig.com for more info) I have flown, film cameras, Alexa minis, venice, and even a full sized LF with this rig. It can handle anything you throw at it. Included in this package: PRO DB2 PRO upper electronics housing with one HD input and one SD input PRO Lower electronics housing with one HD output and one SD output Steadicam 3A gimbal, just serviced by Robert Luna PRO-1 center post upgraded with steady-rig HD loom and modern PRO bayonet connector Wrap Grip Cam-Jam.de monitor bracket Transvideo Super Brite 6" steadicam monitor with internal digital level. (this was my back up monitor it is super clean) Steady-rig battery hanger with AB gold Mounts PRO gimbal wrench, PRO post wrench PRO vertical displacment plate GAD1 Jerry Hill gorelock auto dock and docking rings CABLES PRO-Arri classic pwr PRO-Panavision lightweight, G2 pwr PRO-DXL2 pwr PRO-Red epic pwr PRO-Red one pwr PRO-MDR2 pwr PRO-BFD pwr PRO- 4pin XLR monitor power cables
  3. Just keep it, Masters arms are way under valued right now for some reason. I love my masters and my luna masters replica, really hard to beat.
  4. I've owned this masters arm since 2019 and in that time I've spent $4,699 in maintenance and upgrades. It has been my back up for the last two years. It was serviced in april of last year, and has been sitting in it's case since. It is currently set up with a 5/8" arm post, but can be switched back to the tiffen standard by Robert. I'm including a the pictured "F" bracket and one arm post. as well as a padded PRO arm case (not pictured) Work done on this arm includes: Replacement of all bearings (2019) Upgrade arm two elbows to machined 7075 aircraft aluminum from original CP cast aluminum. (2019) Adjustment knobs upgraded (2019) replacing the internal cable stops with external bumpers for smoother action with less friction. (2019) Complete service (2022) There is currently a spacer in the upper arm section, this was added by robert luna at his sugestion, it makes the upper arm section slightly more responsive. Shipping by fedex is included in full price offers. This is a very nice arm for a beginner or a seasoned pro.
  5. Optical support DB3 for sale, excellent condition. Perfect vibration free top stage. $4000 firm. Item is located in New Orleans, but I will cover shipping via FedEx.
  6. Boom! Still the most daylight viewable monitor out there!
  7. Is this the one with the carbon "bones" and is it still available?
  8. I'll take it, where is it located? Will you take PayPal payment?
  9. Where are you? Or more importantly, said monitor located?
  10. Hey Jens, Just finished a pilot with them last week working as the steadicam assistant, beautiful lenses, very steadicam friendly all similar sizes and weights. My only note, If you are using the Hand Unit-3 make sure you have then newer version 2.1 software it is optimized for the Leicas. Also they claim that they have identical focus throws and if you calibrate, one lens it is good for all of them. While the focus throw is very similar, I didn't find it to be identical. I had to calibrate each lens individually as you would with any other set of primes.
  11. Arri FF-3 2 speed knob with a speed crank. Or Panavision 2 speed knob. If that's still not fast enough make a tape stop on the lens (which I would recommend doing anyway) and use a piece of tape stuck to it self wrapped around the lens barrel and taped to it and pull real fast. But I'd think a two speed knob should do the trick.
  12. I see that this has been discussed a little already, but I had the privilege of checking out Preston's new MDR-3 this week and have posted it on my blog. Thought it might be of intrest to those here. http://tack.la/?page_id=14
  13. You and me both! Super Bowl Sunday price drop special Yours for only $36,999.98!
  14. I'm looking for the single Chanel Controler that can be used to allow the DP to pull iris and overrides the iris functions of the Main Preston hand unit. I'm not at this time looking for motors or MDRs of any flavor, although I might be soon .
  15. Also just a note, the arm and vest are newer than the sled, both were purchased new in 2007
  16. Also note that the Post was upgraded to the bayonet connector at the bottom which should facilite an easier upgrade path at PRO should you choose to do so.
