  1. I don't know what shipping costs will be but there is also the discount when you purchase two units opposed to a single and really do not want to purchase a single in France and a single in Australia as I think Australia is going to be the most expensive.
  2. Got the inventors name mixed up ;) but anywho, Garret Brown did really have a nice demonstration of the Pilot and it was just amazing. Hi Regis, That would be great to get the Pilot a little cheaper. I will give your details to our business partner in France and work from there, Where exactly in France are you? Our partner resides in St Tropez.
  3. We will be spending a bit of money on the cameras itself and really don;y want to be pushed back even further money wise because of the steadicam price. maybe a Steadicam Pilot which I saw Peter Garret giving a demonstration on would be sufficient and be within a good price range which is not too expensive? If it is in the U.K, Would be even better because we can just send someone from France to pick two up and just have the other waiting for me in France when I take the camera there and take the cam and our steadicam to Australia.
  4. Hi Guys, I got a question relating to the Steadicam pricing I hope one of you will be able to answer and first here is a little background of my situation. I will be traveling to France soon on business from Australia with a stop over in Singapore to purchase 2x Sony HDR-FX1000 as Singapore is the cheapest location for these high quality cameras, the idea is to purchase 2 and travel to France to drop one off and the same to Australia with the other camera when I head back here, The thing is that I need to also purchase 2x full Steadicam systems, hopefully the Steadicam Flyer-LE and I was wondering how much do these normally retail for, where is the cheapest country to purchase theme systems from and lastly, will the Steadicam Flyer-LE support the Sony HDR-FX1000 ? Or do you recommend a different Steadicam rig i should be looking into? Greatly Appreciated, Michael
