There is no problem in doing it. but your Volt will be drawing power from one of the 2 batteries used for 24V. So the two batteries will not discharge at the same rate. if you have a gen II or gen III battery rack, it would be better to use a C/M/A jumper block with the Volt plugged on a monitor port. That way the Volt is isolated from the 24V circuit.1 point
