FOR SALE: PRO monitor arm $1200 Cinetronic yoke (also works with Marshall) $300 Marshall V-LCD70MD-3G 7" (SDI & HDMI in/out) including TERRY WEST handmade 18" 8-pin PRO power cable $700 Everything is rock solid and works flawlessly although the 1/4-20 on the south side of the Marshall monitor is busted (which was fine with me as it was obsolete for this yoke). This package is the best quality you can get for the price IMHO. The monitor is also surprisingly very sharp and bright. With the sunhood on in the brightest conditions you are good to go. Located in Los Angeles for local pickup for ship worldwide, buyer pays shipping. Please email me at pcombesk@gmail.com with questions or more pictures. Thanks! Pascal

Mounting for lowmode, do you guys recommend the Abracam ClampX as the best option? What are other options y'all are using? Also, does the starlite auto trigger recording with RED cameras yet? http://www.abracam.eu/?flag=0&onglet_h=products&onglet_v=ClampX&id_langue=1&mentions=

Copy that, Jens. I live 10 mins from Transvideo and just made the visit (Noel gave me a very welcoming run-though). I've come to like the 6" mostly for the weight.

Thank for all this this info everyone! I'm going to pull the trigger on this purchase (either 6" or 8") very soon since I just landed a feature and need to upgrade....I just want to be sure I am properly weighting the differences... It's hard for me to understand why the 6" monitor is 50 times more popular than the 8" monitor. Marianna, does the sales data still suggest this ratio, 6 months later? Like you said the price difference is negligible and I feel like the extra 3/4" inch of added width on the 8" would also be fairly negligible as a wind catch. My thoughts were that 1500nit is all the brightness I would need and I would operate better off of the larger 8" monitor. I would love to hear thoughts from other 8" owners? Also, does anyone recommend the LCD inversion option for a better viewing angle (+80°/-60° instead of +60°/-80°)? Marianne, do you know the percentage of operators who choose this option? Lastly, how does the Transvideo yoke compare to the Camjam yoke? Thanks for your time! I appreciate learning form all of your knowledge and experience :))
