Mike Watchorn

I have what I'm sure is the standard Scout vest and it's a stuggle to get it to fit tightly. I am wondering if anyone has the compact they would like to swap (depending on differing condition) for my standard. My point of reference is that when wearing the compact Ultra vest, I have the locking straps all the way to the last notch or two on the hips! Located in London, UK Thanks Mike
