This is a low mode bracket that has all the features that we have needed. This bracket will enable the operator to preset the camera tilt angle. You will be able to adjust it up or down to about a 30-degree angle (see photo). There is an additional bracket (Iris rod) that mounts on the side of the body to mount a motor. The top plate will have an adjustment from side to side of 3" inches. The top plate has meshed 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 tapped holes for your sled dovetail. It also can be turned around (cantilevered for side to side) and cantilevered fore and aft. Small in size to reduce weight, but sturdy to add support to the dovetails. I followed Andy with Steadyrig topstage #2. As the photos and testimonals display it is a thing of joy. The quick relaese enables faster balancing of the rig. Left hand thumb on the button, right thumb on the release and 4th finger on the dovetail plate, slide that plate, clamp it, then fore and aft for fine tuning. Snazzy. As this is number # 002 there have been some issues to refine but I would like to report that Hugo and Dean are always available and endeavour to limit any downtime that may occur. There service & support is very encouraging. The whole sled seems to functioning well. I upgraded from a Model 3 CP sled and the steadyrig sled is a real pleasure to fly. The battery hanger offers incredible versatility as well. I offered Hugo a few suggestions regarding quick relaese mechanism for the monitor as he is very open to ideas.
