  5. I'm selling a Teradek Bolt 2000 system. It is made up of one transmitter, one receiver, one Sidekick receiver, one flat panel antenna, a SmallHD 702 handheld directors monitor, and cables and mounting for everything. It comes in a custom Pelican case, and is ready to work tomorrow. I'm asking $6000 - please email me for quickest response at brooksontheroad (@) pacbell.net. Brooks
  6. The Canatrans has now sold, and the kit does not include it any longer. I’m replacing it in the kit with a Decimator HD to SD downconverter. The Decimator comes with two power cables to run it from a P-tap. I’m also reducing the price of the case and all that is in it to $400. Thanks for your interest.
  7. I'm selling my X2 Handsfree Transporter. It comes with off-road wheels, turf wheels, and I2 wheels. It has two remotes, and I commissioned Innerspace to build me a custom hard shipping case with a ramp that folds down so you can drive the Segway HFT into it for shipping. There is a Garfield-style mount for it to take the weight of the sled off your body while riding. I would like to get $4000 for everything. Please contact me via email with any questions, or to schedule a test drive at brooksontheroad (@) pacbell.net. This is VERY large and heavy, so local Los Angeles buyers only please.
  8. Okay, so to help speed this along, or help build your 90's/early 2000's steadicam museum, I'm including a few other bits and pieces. Now included is a 8" (SD) Sony production monitor that used to be the standard back in the day. Also included are Derose low-mode brackets for an Arri 3, an Arri BL, and a Hill bracket for an Arri SR (1, 2, or 3 I believe). I'm also including some stuff for Arri Alexa cameras - an early Cam-Jam bracket, and an XCS Alexa bracket. I know there are still Alexa bodies being used, so one of these might be helpful to someone, and the XCS one cost more than everything in the case (then again, almost everything in here cost thousands of dollars back in the day). Someone please take this off my hands and get it out of my garage - price is flexible - thanks for looking. Please email any questions to me directly at brooksontheroad (@) pacbell.net.
  9. I have a case of used SD (standard def) transmitters and receivers for sale - $500 for everything. The case includes a Modulus 3000 video transmitter, a Canatrans video transmitter, a DX400 diversity video receiver, a Sony 1041 video transmitter (non pictured - missing the faceplate), a Precision Cinema eyepiece video tap for old-school Arriflex jobs (SR1, SR2, Arri 3, Arri BL's), two sharkfin antennas, and cables and backups for everything. Please contact me via email at brooksontheroad (@) pacbell.net with any questions.
  10. I'm selling my trusty Backstage TR-05 cart. I believe it was originally $2600 with the options I have, and Backstage no longer makes it. It is in solid shape and built to last a career, though there are normal signs of use and one ding in the bottom shelf below where the sled would dock (see attached photo - doesn't affect performance). I've had several steadicam carts over my career (Murphy, Backstage Magliner Jr., Backstage Transformer cart) and this was my favorite. The sled mounts to the riser and is protected by the handles that extend to surround it. The handles are secure and don't try and rotate like Magliner Jr. carts. I usually left my sled built on the cart tied in with two bungee cords (included) and had the AC's tie the cart to the side of the camera truck where it lived for the run of the show. It has a sled pad to protect the sled from bouncing against the cart, a vest holder, and two stand/arm bag holders. It is possible to break the cart down for shipping, and the wheels and AKS are safely stored in the space between the top and bottom shelves, which get bolted together. Please see photos for what is included. I would like to get $1300 for the cart, and local pickup in Los Angeles is preferred. Thank you for looking, and please contact me via my email with any question at brooksontheroad (@) pacbell.net.
  11. Sold! Thanks to all who inquired about these.
  12. I have some Global Media Pro 230wh gold mount batteries for sale. I purchased them for a 3D job that I got injured before shooting, and I only used them a handful of times. Included would be six Global Media Pro Li230A-HW, and two Global Media Pro simultaneous quad-chargers. The batteries are about $440/each per the website (https://www.globalme...-Battery-230Wh/), and the chargers are $250/each (https://www.globalmediapro.com/dp/A012C8/Globalmediapro-SCA4A-4-channel-Gold-Mount-Charger-AC-Adaptor/). I would like to sell this as a kit at $200/per battery and $100/per charger for a total of $1400. The six batteries come in a custom foamed Pelican case, and the chargers have their own Pelican case. Local Los Angeles sale is preferred. Please contact me via email with any questions or comments at: brooksontheroad (@) pacbell.net. Thanks for looking!
  13. I'm selling my 2-riser American Steadicam stand with wheels. I purchased it about a year before I stopped doing steadicam and it has been sitting idle in my garage for the past two years. It is in great shape with only minor dings from transport and on set use (it was always transported in a Pelican 1720 case - not included). I obviously don't need the stand any longer and would like it to go to a good home - preferably in Los Angeles due to shipping costs. I would like to get $250 for the stand and castors. Please contact me via the forum with any questions or comments, or to see photos - brooksontheroad (@) pacbell.net. Thanks for looking!
  14. I'm selling my never used (only put on my sled to test) Antlers kit for $600. Not sure what generation this is, but I purchased it in 2007 for Tropic Thunder in anticipation of island trade winds and helicopters, but I ended up using gyros for shots in the movie that involved wind, and this kit sat in its case. Included are what you see in the photos, along with a Pelican 1720 case with an empty spot for an American steadicam stand (not included). Also included is a custom (non-anodized) bracket Greg Bubb made for me to mount the antlers to an Anton Bauer battery mount for when I went lowmode. Please contact me with any questions or comments via email at brooksontheroad (@) pacbell.net. Thanks for looking!
