We are a group of mechanical engineering students investigating various methods of camera control and mounting. The patented tilt mechanism of the Steadicam is of particular interest because of its efficiently clever design. We would like to understand it better and see if we can develop any ideas for improvement. Any feedback from Steadicam operators regarding the current design and potential future designs would be most appreciated. Thanks, Design Project
