  1. I was a gymnast for 8 years. I was also in ballet. I could never operate steadi without having this training as a child. It's body awareness, core strength, and determination. Safety is a big part of it too. I'm trying to find information on stretches, training for newbies, and vest fit. Trying to put documents together to help new people, it's hard to describe what is "good pain" and what is "bad pain." Someone either hasn't built the strength yet, or he is wearing it incorrectly, or both. I feel having some precedent is vital to understand one's body. Sports can help with that.
  2. I bedazzled the back of my steadi vest. In rhinestones it says "ESPN." You know how much we love branding at the worldwide leader. Nothing wrong with a little bling to ID the girl vest.
  3. I usually say it's like playing the tuba in the marching band. It's the same idea as the hockey analogy. You've got to know how to play the instrument before you can add any choreography to it. But then again, also add learning calligraphy with your left hand.
  4. What up? I need a profile pic. I'm stuck in master control tonight until 5am tho
