    Just heard today that the fourth season of Orange is the New Black will be shot on the new Panasonic Varicam in 4k!

    Indeed, the people who use the most compressed files of any distribution say they won't accept non UHD native footage. There are exceptions. Orange is the new Black started on ProRes Alexa and is still shot that way.

    Correction: ArriRaw 2.8k Native 3.2k ProRes UHD 4k by upscaling the 3.2k Arriraw does not capture the surround view. 3.2k and up does.

    I upscales 3.4k to 4k in ProRes. This looks so much better than what you get from a RED or Sony. Unfortunately you are right, Netflix won't accept it.

    It needs have the range of the Bolt Pro or Bolt 300. Hopefully as small and light as the Bolt Pro.

    The first release of the camera had issues with the Preston triggering the on/off. The issue was resolved with the port and or board being replaced in the camera. Keep in mind the camera only has one r/s 3 pin port.
