Hello everybody, This is to inform you that PRO will be closed from November 25th through the 27th for Thanksgiving. Our year-end and Christmas closure will be from December 18th through January 1st. We will reopen in the new year on January 4th. All of our business will need to be concluded so that we can close out our books by December 16th. We will not be doing shipping of any sort while we are closed. If you would like to make a purchase in 2015 for delivery in 2016, please make sure you have contacted us before we close for the year. Hello lovely people! Pro will be closed for the holidays as follows: November 24th through November 28th and then December 19th through January 2nd. Hi Everyone. PRO will be closed today, 07/21/14 and will be closing at noon the rest of the week. Our equipment is on the moving truck and will be here tomorrow. We will be unpacking furiously so that we can reopen for normal business on Monday in our wonderful new location. Good Morning Everyone Although we here at PRO have many pressing things happening today and the rest of the week, I will respond to this in order to clear up an absolute mess. I do not wish to discuss my day to day business on the Steadicam Forum but let me say this: I cannot speak for or about the XCS gimbal or the MK-V gimbal. We at GPI PRO have not redesigned our gimbal in any way with the exception of adding a longer gimbal handle and different grip options for our customers. The PRO gimbal pan bearing is made for your specific application and is made to the absolute best tolerances available in manufacturing today. We switched vendors in 2011 for many different reasons and NONE were performance based. We do not call every operator on the planet and ask their permission or inform them of our day to day operations. GPI PRO SYSTEMS will not divulge our manufacturing methods now or in the future. Over the last 12 months we have leased facilities located in Visalia CA (NOT China). We have purchased tools and precision CNC machines made in the USA and hired on a manufacturing staff to produce our products from start to finish with no outside venders increasing their prices at every turn. The advantage that in house manufacturing creates accomplishes several things. It allows for savings to be passed on to our customers, it enables PRO to insure a high level of quality control, and has created more jobs for those qualified. As in house manufacturing expands through our product line, price changes will take effect. The Titan arm is the first to benefit from the change as new prices are effective October 31st 2013. Hi, This is to advise all of our customers that I will be out of town until September 24th. During that time, PRO will not do any International shipping. International shipping requires a special certification and/or training that no one else in our office has at this time. We cannot make any exceptions on this.
