Also, I have a 4th Hypercore that performs and hold charge perfectly but the display is currently not working.  The side readout for power still works.   I can include the 4th if anyone is interested for $900 OBO.

The Steadicam Zephyr for sale is in excellent condition. I’m the original owner and have kept this Steadicam package like new showing little to no wear. The system is V-Mount and comes with everything that is needed. This kit includes a 7" TV Logic 074w monitor which I used as my main HD monitor on the rig. The Steadicam SD monitor was originally sold with the Zephyr and it served as a backup monitor. Both monitors are included with the package. All Zephyrs manufactured up until very recently had the "old" gimbal and post extension clamps. These can easily be recognized by the fact that, if you open the clamp, it will freely rotate so that the blue lever part of the clamp hangs vertically. The new clamps have a raised ridge on the Delrin washer that prevents this rotation, so the clamp stays horizontal when open. This is the most visible change they made to the clamps.

 

If you have the old clamps I strongly recommend contacting Tiffen asap to have them replace the clamps with the updated design. Should be a warranty fix, I would think...

 

There are two main ways that the old clamps could fail suddenly and with little warning. The lever could jam into an open position, or the screw itself could snap.
