I’ve been mounting one gyro vertically on the post in conjunction with the Wave. Just had it up again yesterday, worked great.

I had a successful build recently with one gyro on the post along with the wave. Bumpy dirt road, mounted to a Gator, tracking characters running through the woods on about a 170mm. Loved it, will definitely go that way again.

Frederic that’s a great idea. Reminds me of years ago when an assistant I knew came across some glass panes that looked identical to 6X6 filters. He would occasionally pull one out of the filter case and smash it just to freak out a new 2nd...

I have the VZ, and don't use it much. Most adjustments I do on the latch, occasionally adding or subtracting a turn or two on the VZ. It's a great gimbal, but I wouldn't spend the extra $$$ on it again.
