I was at a Steadicam course this past week (Maine Workshops), and the instructor mentioned he heard about a WiFi video transmitter that was coming out soon (instead of using the Modulus 3000). Have any of you heard about it? Dave Wowchuk

Hi folks, newbie-wannabe question . . . I'm debating which battery configuration to choose when purchasing a rig. I'm considering either the new Glidecam V25/35 or the Gold System (I'm not sure what the options are yet for the V25/35.) If you had the choice, which system would you use and why? I may be leaning towards the Anton Bauer System because I can get a gold mount plate for my XL2 and have batteries for both the rig and camera. Thanks for your thoughts. Dave Wowchuk

Awesome! I only saw pictures of the vest and arm before . . . now it's great to see what the sled looks like. The rep told me the sled was to handle 10-20lbs (which is versatile for what I want it for.) 3 months won't come soon enough. Thanks for the pictures! Dave Wowchuk

Hi everyone, I was talking to one of the Glidecam reps on Thursday and he informed me that the V-35 (now to be called the V-25) was to be released in approximately 90 days. I saw the pictures from NAB 2004, dis anyone see anything this year? I'd really be interested to see what the sled looks like. I was almost ready to buy the Flyer, but after talking to him I think I'm going to wait the three months and see what Glidecam has to offer. Any suggestions or things I should be looking out for?
