rubber bands are amazing, i never leave home with out them ... there are shims that can go into the locking lever mechanism if you want to source a longer term solution

not to worry its just wear and tear, still works wonderfully

could i ask any exovest owners if they have had any of their velcro start to come away from their vest at all, from the side where the clasp goes into, mine has come away i think dues to a combo of heat and the clasp system going a bit between the pad and the vest. it definitely isn't a problem once the vest is on and under load, only thinking of just replacing the velcro myself. don't know if anything similar has happened to anyone?
