    Hello Akiko and welcome to the Forum! First of all don't buy anything without trying it. Especially the Vest could be a problem considering your cup size. The most obvious way as suggested to every novice is to attend a workshop where you'd learn the basics and try different rigs. If time is an issue due to your project in October and there is no workshop in that timeframe you could ask for a Operator near you to show you the basics and help with selecting a rig based on your needs. Maybe the guys you cold find via google https://goo.gl/dfvc24are willing to help. Best, Ben

    Hello guys, I need some advice. I am planning to buy some new (or used) batteries for my hopefully soon ariving new sled. (Most likely mid july, therefore I'll need the batteries around the same time) Seems like the Dionic HC are still the gold standard in the Steadicam world but im worried because its an a little bit dated product and (right now) way more expensive than the G90. The G90. It seems they don't get much love from the Steadicam world and paul promised an alternative which is finally here but most likely won't be available early enough for me. Hint: Trade-In for new G90s once the XCell are finally here? Also these weird looking new chargers called "Performance" gathered my interest. Long story short: What's the way to go for a 6 Battery setup with a deadline around mid july? Thank you guys.

    That's great info about the workshop in Muinch. But the website you're linking says 14-17 May 2012 (a typo?) It's great to have an alternative so near but I'd ask whats the better choice? The price difference is pretty enormous...
