  2. Hi Everybody :)

I have a pretty much brand new (no signs of use) Jerry Hill Vehicle Mount for sale.

On his website it says he doesn't make them anymore... - I bought this from Jerry two years ago

and have used it about 5 times, but always protected it against scratches or scuffs.

It comes with U-Bolts for Speedrail in various sizes, that were originally included (not in the pictures,
    but included).

A Zephyr / Scout / Flyer / Pilot Type Female Socket Block (the more sturdy 6-hole version of these)
    can be included
if your arm is of that type.

Asking USD 700,- with socket block

    All the best

    Frederic

  3. Hi Everybody :)

Since I am finally upgrading, I have the last piece of my former Zephyr System for sale: the Arm.

The Zephyr arm is an awesome lightweight arm, and this one is in perfect condition.

It's a great arm for a running rig, as it will support quite a lot of weight but is very light itself,

yet very smooth (especially for its weight).

Its armpost natively fits Zephyr/Flyer/Scout/Pilot Rigs, but with an easy to make armpost

adapter it will carry bigger rigs, too, of course.

You could also use it to support other stabilizers, like Gimbals etc. from the vest or a hardmount

    - as it has been done by Garret Browns idea of using one section of this arm with a Movi.

A female Zephyr/Flyer Type socket block can be delivered with it, that will fit your standard vest
    or hardmount.

The new price for a Zephyr arm is USD 3,995, I'm asking USD 2.900 for this one.

Please feel free to make offers :)

    All the best

    Frederic

  4. Some pics are attached :)

Thanks for all the interest, no final taker yet, so the Exo is still for sale.

David, would you mind sharing where you found that price? I just talked to Chris Betz, and the going rate in the EU still is somewhere

around EUR 6400 plus VAT, (shipping from the U.S. and customs don't come for free, and the Euro / Dollar variation is factored in on
    a daily basis).

That said, please feel free to make a reasonable offer everybody, I wont just give this awesome vest away far under value,

but I'm never opposed to a deal that makes both sides happy :)

  5. Hi,

I'm selling my Exovest. It's got all the latest upgrades and is pretty much brand new.

It's been used a couple of times, but has been so carefully handled, you will not be able to tell it apart from a brand new one.

To me, it's the perfect vest in every regard, I'm just not using it enough - meaning not much at all (as right now I'm working a lot more as a film pilot and using other camera systems).

This Exo was purchased from Betz Tools, and is located in Munich, Germany.

The EU price after customs and shipping right now is somewhere north of EUR 6.500 plus VAT.

This one can be yours for EUR 6.200

(plus VAT if you're in Germany or íf you're inside the EU without an EU VAT-ID number).

Of course I'm happy to help with any questions, and Chris Fawcett is an amazing guy, if the buyer has any issues getting a perfect fit, I'm sure Chris will help you every step of the way.

Please get in touch via PM or email me at heliflight@gmx.net with any questions or offers.

    Thanks!

  6. Hey Chris,

    not unhappy at all :)

I was just very curious about Toms discovery of possibly new pads, as they might have improved upon my little issue

that I still have little room between the pads on the sides (narrow waist and generally crazy shaped body  )

and was now trying to help your scratching your head, pointing out any differences I could see to the first edition pads.

  7. Hey Chris,

    thanks!

For a comparison to my very early vest (which was from the first batch, got it in September 13), I can't see any too obvious difference in the pads shape to the ones I have.

It it obvious though, that the new ones look much nicer because the seams are nicely placed on the inside all the way around the pad. On my ones the seams randomly

vary, a few inches on the inside and then outside, and so on. But shape-wise they look quite similar.

Also, I need to say I was pleasantly surprised how fast Tiffen is processing the Upgrades (now that they finally arrived...) - Kristi shipped it the same day I sent my email.

Now I'm waiting for the package to clear customs, should arrive tomorrow :)

  8. Hey Chris,

thanks that sounds great. I'm not sending it in though,

I went for option #1 - don't want my vest gone for weeks

    with overseas shipping and all.

If anyone has a photo of the "new" pads that would be great to compare ours to =)

  9. Hey Tom,

does that also apply to the waist pads? As I (rather narrow waist) have a little issue on the left and right gap, because for me, the waist pads are very close together there and its a bit uncomfortable. I could well imagine more round pads would help that!

I have a rather early model, it was the first one delivered to Germany.

Thanks for letting me know =)
