  1. I dont see what´s wrong as a new young steadycam operator to register a new account and show and share my experience other users what kind of tools i use on my rig. I´m also not working for any company where i get paid for product spam. I also dont you Mr. Dan Kanes, maybe i can ask for a little proper respect to each other. Thank you. When you read my first entry, i´m also not 100% satisfied with the current version of rebotnix transmitter. On the transmitter you only have HDMI. On our shot today, you see what i have to include to run the whole system on our Sony F5. I made a snapshot where you can see that these kind of solution is not for pro´s. I also want to share some results about range. I can confirm that the system works in a range of 300 meters without any problems. After 400 Meters i see a little compressions artifacts and snow, but 400 meters is really a long range that i don't need. The support guys from rebotnix told me that i can extend the range a lot with a custom made antenna. I also tested the camera control feature where you have a remote button that you can connect on the SDI receiver where you have a wireless lanc control for start and stopping the camera video recording. I don't need this in my daily work, but it works. I´m still waiting for my SDI upgrade on the transmitter and if anyone is interest i will also share the results. All the best Mike
  2. Hi, i bought a similar system from rebotnix.com for $6.499 USD for my steady-rig last week. The system looks as far i can see the same like the PARALINX. I got a small HDMI transmitter and on the receiver and HD-SDI / Loop. I was told that the will release in 2 weeks the HD-SDI Version for the transmitter that i can upgrade for $500 USD which i will do cause i hate to work with HDMI. They also offered some external custom made antenna that i don´t bought / need. So i only bought the system with small antennas. You can details here as well a demo video and picutre: http://rebotnix.com/?page_id=2673 I used the system with my new Sony F5 and it works really stable. In my setups i dont need more then 200 meters. Mike
