this is my first post in this forum.
We've bought a Benz 5000 and now we are looking for a actual user manual. We have several problems with the Focus puller of the Benz.
Iris and zoom are working perfect, but the focus is doing strange. IF you turn the knob to one site the motor starts moving but doesn't stop when you stop the knob. it runs to the end. same problem if you turn to the other site. Looks like the signals the motor gets from the benz are not in a curve. I think it only gets full signal or zero signal.
We have software version 1.0. is there a newer software yet, or is this stil the actual? Does anybody of you had the same problems, and if yes, how could you solve it?
Does anybody has the actual e-mail adress of Mr Ben Fisher, because the unitcine.com and iophon.com aren't working anymore.
I hope some of you could help me!
