  1. I just can second the statement with Transvideo. Great products and perfect service. Just had a warranty issue with no problems and received a whole new interior for my monitor for free.
  2. :D I see, you seem to be pretty into bikes. Actually I will be happy to ride down the freeway pretty smooth, no big motorbike rider but my colleague is. But actually Todd just replied and might have some helmets available too. Todd seems to be a pretty cool guy. Great, really looking forward to flying to L.A. in November. That was a great recommendation Aaron, thanks. I hope, I'll be able to help you out too next time.
  3. Hi Aaron, Greetings from Todd. His bikes look pretty nice ( http://RentAGuzzi.com ) and I would go for it but unfortunately he doesn't rent helmets. I'll check with him, how we could arrange that too. Thanks again and greetings from Bonn, jens
  4. Hey Aaron, you are really doing good promotion for Todd. Someone else recommended racyrentals to me too but I'll definitely ask Todd about his rental possibilities. Thanks alot. Best wishes, jens
  5. Hi Jess, Thank you, nice offer. I really aporeciate it. Then I wouldn't block Jarrett's living room. I just don't want to bother you because I definitly have to pick up the cases November 23rd around noon and in case you are busy it might be a problem. Anyway I'll send you a personal mail to discuss the possibilities. Great. Have a good weekend, jens
  6. Hey Jarrett, Thank you for your nice offer. I don't want to bother you but in case I won't find another solution, I would contact you again. Would be a good chance to order some more cables from you too. And this time in person. Thanks and talk to you again. Cheers, jens
  7. Hi, I need to store my 4 peli equipment cases for 5 days in November in Los Angeles. Anyone has experience with a Public Storage place etc. with such a short term storage? Or is there maybe a professional storage possibility at LAX? Anyone has experience with LAXluggagestorage.com? Safe place? Thanks for your help. jens
  8. Thanks Robert, appreciate that. And you know me :-), we don't wanna rent a Harley. Cheers, jens
  9. Hi all, I'm looking for a place to rent 2 motorcycles In L.A. from the 20th to the 23rd of November this year. Anyone knows a good rental place? Thanks. jens
  10. What an asshole? Who was that player? Maybe one has the chance to hit back.
  11. Jarrett Morgan made some nice cables for me too. jpmsteadi@gmail.com
  12. Hi Rod, I'll take it. Sent you an email. Cheers, jens
  13. Glad to hear, T'm not the only one who knows that great guy Jarrett. :-)
  14. Just wanted to share my perfect experience with a colleague who really helped me out with my urgent need for special and general Pro Sled cables. Jarrett was very helpful, had good ideas (for example with my special wish for voltmeters etc.) and the cable qualtiy is just perfect. So in case you're in need of some Pro or custom made cables, I can highly recommend him. His email is: jpmsteadi@gmail.com (Jarrett Morgan) . He didn't pay me for this post, I'm just thankful for his help and thought he might be helpful for someone else too. Fly safe, cheers, jens
  15. Hi, is there a possibility to have a BFD Tx Handset upgrade so that the handwheel has an adjustable friction mode? Thanks, jens
  16. Thanks Charles, but I am sorry to say that I just need the DB2 bracket to mount my BFD or would the MDR bracket work maybe somehow with the BFD too?Cheers, jens
  17. Looking for the Pro DB2 Preston bracket + + Gorelock 2 docking ring for Pro Post (1,500) (I could trade the docking ring for Ultra Post 1.580) + Gorelock tools holder + + Gorelock .625 spinning stud (could trade the Ultra stud .740) + old style Pro monitor arm Thanks, jens
  18. Hi Marc, I know it will sound strange to you and some of my friends don't understand it either. I didn't test it with the achille tendon but with my shoulder. I hurt my shoulder several months ago because of extensive training. So just by accident I tried out my old electric shocking device with positive result. The physiotherapist said that they use electric current with low voltage and my method is maybe a little rude but if it works. So whenever my shoulder hurt I used that stun gun and could train again. At present the shoulder is almost perfect again. Good luck and hang loose, jens
  19. And I just can second it - Hugo is a great guy you can 100% trust, he seems to never sleep. Calls me too somestimes when it's nighttime for him, just to check if everything is ok. And the products are very well made, I fly his battery hanger. My 2c. Cheers, jens
  20. Hi Janice, I really often agree with your posts and even now I can agree but at the same time I have to argue with you a little bit because I have seen a very good EFP upgrade for a reasonable price. I'll try to get some pics, the upgrade consisted of a new upper and lower junction box with lemo connectors and HD cable, new battery hanger where you could move the batteries on a rod system, (I think even 24 V upgrade). Don't know if they were able to upgrade the EFP-donkey box. I'll send Per-Kristian the contact data and hope, he's not too frustrated, having found such a great sled. I hope, he has the 3A gimbal with it and not the weaker EFP-gimbal. As for me an important point whether to invest in an upgrade or not. Just my 2c. Cheers, jens
  21. Thanks Brad but I'm sorry as I have already that cable. Cheers, jens
