  1. Thanks for the information Tim. On the WP Dolle website it states that they will only insure Steadicam Operators Association members. Do you know if that is true? Is it hard to become accepted by the SOA if you are new?
  2. Hello, I was wondering if anyone has recommendations on insurance? I mainly do indie stuff. This is kind of a side note but I also have renter's insurance with Progressive, but they don't cover bigger ticket singular items. Does anyone know of an insurance agency that would cover a full rig? I think Progressive maxes out at $5000 for one item. Any information would be awesome. Thanks!
  3. Hey Eric, I have recently been using the paralinx arrow and normally it works like a charm! Sometimes it can have issues if village is hidden behind a wall. The transmission can get a little glitchy by big objects, but for the most part it has been a very reliable system. I hope this helps!
  4. Hello Kevin, I have a friend who had the zephyr vest, g70x, and a zephyr sled that worked very well. I am not one hundred percent about a bigger sled, but I imagine you would be fine!
  5. I guess we all have had issues getting back on the forum. Were you able to figure out a way to power multiple accessories? Any new updates flying the rig?
  6. Hey Ryan, any updates on mounting two batteries? Is the Aero 30 still treating you well?
  7. Hello, So in real world experience what would you guys suggest? Look for a used zephyr in good condition, or buy the aero 30?
  8. Fred, I asked Sam this same question, but I would like as much feedback as possible. Do you think it would easily fly a Sony fs700 with a cinema lens, matte box, ff, and an odyssey 7q? Or would it fly a RED Raven with the same setup minus the 7q? I love the idea of investing in a rig that I can use for a very long time, do you think this will fly most professional cameras in general? Thanks for your time.
  9. Thank you for all of this information Sam! This is great stuff.
  10. Hi Fred, did you find out any more information on this subject? Did you buy the system? Thanks for your time.
